Roofing across a big, varied county

Palm Beach County is not one kind of place, and it is not one kind of roof. Out on the barrier island in Palm Beach and Manalapan you have older estates with clay and concrete tile, plus flat and low-slope sections that catch the worst of the salt spray. West Palm Beach and Lake Worth Beach mix historic bungalows with newer builds. Head west into Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, and the villages around them and you get big tile-roofed subdivisions put up over the last few decades. Keep going toward Belle Glade and Pahokee and it is the sun and heat doing most of the damage, with less salt in the air.
