St. Pete sits on a peninsula between Tampa Bay and the Gulf, and the roofs here take a beating that inland homes never see. If it is something small, roof repair is usually the answer. Sealing flashing, replacing a cracked boot, swapping out blown-off shingles, clearing and re-securing gutters. If the roof is at the end of its life, we lay out replacement options in shingle, tile, metal, or flat membrane so you can pick what fits the house and the budget. Financing is available.
