A County Split Between Coast and Inland

Pasco is really two places under one name. Out west you have Port Richey, New Port Richey, Holiday, and Hudson, full of older ranch homes, retiree communities, and a lot of mobile and manufactured homes near the water. Salt air and steady Gulf humidity work on those roofs all year. Nail heads rust, shingle mats dry out, and metal panels near the coast corrode faster than most folks expect.

Inland is another animal. Around Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Dade City, San Antonio, and Zephyrhills you get newer subdivisions along SR-54 and the Suncoast Parkway, plus older farm houses out in the hills. These roofs take brutal summer sun and the afternoon thunderstorms that roll through almost daily from June into September. The UV bakes the asphalt right out of shingles. Wind-driven rain finds every weak spot.

The Roof Problems We See Most Here

Most calls come down to the same handful of failures. A brown ring on a ceiling usually traces back to a cracked pipe boot or bad flashing around a chimney or skylight, not the shingles themselves. Lifted or missing shingles after a storm let water sneak under the field. Clogged gutters back water up under the drip edge and rot the fascia. On the flat and low-slope sections you see on Florida additions and lanais, ponding water and old seams are the usual suspects.

We handle roof repair for all of it: shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs. When a roof is past saving, we walk you through roof replacement straight, including what a re-roof means for your insurance and your energy bill in the Florida heat.

Storm Season and Insurance

Pasco sits right on Florida's hurricane track, and even a storm that stays offshore in the Gulf can throw enough wind and rain to peel shingles and drive water into the decking. After a storm we do storm damage repair and emergency tarping to stop the bleeding fast. Our crews run 24/7 for emergencies.

We photograph and document damage so you have a clear written record to back up your insurance claim. Straight talk: we do not file or negotiate the claim for you, and we do not promise a specific payout. What we do is hand you and your adjuster solid proof of what the roof looked like and what failed.

Free Inspections, Financing, Honest Answers

Plenty of roofs we look at have years of life left and just need a repair. Others are done. Either way, a roof inspection tells you where you actually stand, and ours are free with a written estimate. Financing is there if a full replacement is the right call and you want to spread the cost out.

Where We Work From

Align Roofing Service is based in Titusville, over on the Space Coast in Brevard County. Pasco is across the state on the Gulf side, so we will be honest about it. We are not the shop down the road in Wesley Chapel. We are a roofing contractor that serves Pasco County, travels there for the work, and treats it the same way we treat jobs closer to home in Orange County and beyond. Residential or commercial, coast or inland, we bring the same crew and the same standard.

If your roof is leaking, aging, or took a hit in a storm, call for a free inspection. We will tell you what we find and what it will cost, in writing, before you decide anything.

Questions & Answers

Pasco County Roofing FAQs

Do you actually serve all of Pasco County, or just one side?
The whole county. We work the Gulf-side communities like New Port Richey, Port Richey, Hudson, and Holiday, and the inland areas around Wesley Chapel, Land O' Lakes, Dade City, San Antonio, and Zephyrhills. Our crew travels from our Titusville base in Brevard County for the work.
Are your roof inspections and estimates really free?
Yes. We inspect the roof, tell you what we find, and give you a written estimate at no cost. If the roof just needs a repair and not a replacement, we will say so.
My ceiling has a water stain. Does that mean I need a new roof?
Usually not. Most ceiling stains in Pasco homes come from a cracked pipe boot, bad flashing around a chimney or skylight, or a few lifted shingles, and all of those are repairs. An inspection pins down the source so you are not replacing a roof that does not need it.
Can you help after a hurricane or bad storm?
Yes. We run 24/7 emergency service and can tarp a damaged roof quickly to keep water out, then come back for the permanent repair. We also photograph and document the damage in writing to back up your insurance claim.
Do you file my insurance claim for me?
No. We document the storm damage thoroughly and give you a clear written record to hand your insurer and adjuster, but we do not file or negotiate the claim for you, and we cannot guarantee what a claim will pay.
Does the salt air on the west side of Pasco really affect my roof?
It does. Near the Gulf around Hudson and Port Richey, salt and constant humidity speed up rust on nails and metal parts and dry out shingle roofs faster than inland. Homes close to the water do better with more frequent inspections, and we factor in salt exposure when we recommend materials for a replacement.
What Neighbors Say

Trusted by Homeowners Across Brevard

Had a brown stain spreading across the ceiling after the last round of summer storms. They came out for a free inspection, tracked it to lifted shingles near the ridge, and had it patched within the week. Straight answer, fair price.

La Cita
We were sure we needed a full replacement. They pulled up on the roof, showed me photos on their phone, and told me a repair would carry us a few more years. I appreciated not getting pushed into something I did not need yet.
Dana
Indian River City
Full tear off and replacement done in a few days. The crew swept the yard for nails every evening and left it cleaner than they found it. The new roof handles the salt air and heat a lot better than the old one.
