Indian Harbour Beach is a small residential city sitting between Satellite Beach to the north and Indialantic to the south, right along State Road A1A. Eau Gallie Boulevard and the Eau Gallie Causeway carry most of the traffic on and off the island, and the few commercial pockets stay close to that corridor.
